Admissions
You can apply online through our Application Portal. Choose your program, fill in your personal details, upload required documents, and submit. The process takes about 15 minutes.
For undergraduate programs, you need a high school diploma with strong passes in relevant subjects (Mathematics, Sciences, etc.) and English language proficiency. For postgraduate programs, you need a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized institution. Full details are on our Admissions page.
For September 2026 intake: July 31, 2026. For January 2027 intake: November 30, 2026. Masters and PhD programs accept applications on a rolling basis year-round.

Yes. Our Masters and PhD programs are delivered through a blended model combining online learning via our e-learning platform with periodic residential seminars. Undergraduate programs are primarily on-campus.
RUST uses a skills-first approach with micro-credentials and biometric-biodata development. This means graduates leave with verified, practical competencies — not just theoretical knowledge.

Campus Life
RUST has three campuses across Kigali, Rwanda — in Kicukiro, Gasabo, and Nyarugenge districts. All campuses are accessible by public transport and located in Rwanda's vibrant capital.
