How to Apply

Review the entry requirements on the admissions page. International credentials must be equivalent to Rwandan standards. English proficiency is required.
Complete your online application. Upload transcripts, passport copy, and supporting documents.
Once accepted, you'll receive an official acceptance letter and student visa invitation letter to support your visa application.
Apply for a Rwandan student visa at your nearest Rwandan embassy or through the Rwanda Directorate General of Immigration. Processing typically takes 2-4 weeks.
Arrive in Kigali before the semester begins. Our international team provides airport pickup (on request) and mandatory orientation.
